Dear The Collingwood Football Club,

I am writing you to inform you of the great service and "can do" attitude from your travel agent Kellie (Pie In The Sky Travel).

I am a passionate Collingwood supporter and legend member. I was recently overseas with my girlfriend who broke her foot 7 days before we were due to come home. As a result of the injury, my partner was upgraded to business class and I was required to buy a business class ticket to assist her.

We contacted various travel agents and Emirates airlines directly, all of whom were unable to provide me with any assistance. I decided to try my luck and contact Kellie 48 hrs prior to our departure time.

With 24 hrs until our flight left, Kellie went above and beyond her role, working outside standard business hours to promptly source tickets for me on the flight.

My girlfriend and I would like to acknowledge and thank Kellie for her great service and commend her positive attitude.

Just a short note to say thank-you both so much for arranging our trip to see our Pies play the Suns.

We had a great time; seats were fantastic, everything was perfect.

PS: We managed to get some local knowledge about getting to the ground which you may wish to pass on next time to other travellers, as parking near the ground is non existent. We parked at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and caught the direct/free bus service to the ground. Staff on the bus and at the ground were incredible (I wish our Public Transport and MCG staff were as helpful). Service was great and while there were long queues for the bus they handled the volume very, very well.
